Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Position Overview

  • Undertake planned preventive and reactive maintenance duties in a timely manner ensuring operational downtime is kept to a minimum.
  • Identify solutions that will improve system efficiency and reduce costs with existing equipment whilst being involved in developing and commissioning new equipment.
  • Ensure that all equipment is to a high standard of housekeeping and health and safety at all times.
  • Work alongside on-site contractors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with an electrically biased maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  • City & Guilds 18th edition qualified or similar.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience of PLC systems is desirable.
  • Based in a commutable distance from Stoke on Trent.
