E3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading manufacturing group near Sutton Coldfield. The position offers a competitive salary of circa £54,000, plus bonus with an OTE of £60K. Candidates will benefit from premium overtime, matched pension contributions, and extensive OEM training programs.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical or mechanical maintenance apprenticeship and possess strong reactive maintenance skills. This role features a shift pattern of 4 on/4 off days and nights.
