Electrical Improver

This temporary role involves an Electrical Improver working on a new installation at an older recycling plant. The position requires on‑site electrical containment, wiring, and safety tasks across the industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical containment including tray, basket, trunking, and conduit.
• Fit and wire isolators.
• Glue and terminate cables.
• Assist electricians with power and lighting installations.
• Pull and dress cables.
• Work from drawings and site instructions.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience as an electrical improver.
• Previous experience working on industrial projects.
• Own tools.
• RTW in the UK.
• ECS card.
