About the role

We're looking for a Electrical Highways Operative to join our Highways Street Lighting team on the HMC26 contract in Warwickshire . This is a hands‑on operational role, delivering essential street lighting maintenance across the county and supporting adjacent contracts in Coventry and Solihull when required.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring highway lighting assets are safe, reliable and well maintained, working to the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Service Delivery .

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out routine and cyclical street lighting maintenance
• Installing and replacing lighting columns, including excavation and ducting works
• Diagnosing faults with electrical equipment and completing effective repairs
• Responding to emergency call‑outs , including in and out of hours
