**Job Title: Electrical Helper**
**Job Description**
This role supports electrical installations on a variety of construction projects by performing basic wiring, device installation, and rough-in work under minimal supervision. You will work independently to run wire, install outlets and lighting, assist with conduit installation, and complete terminations while following electrical drawings and adhering to safety and code requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work independently to perform basic electrical installations on commercial and residential construction projects.
+ Run wire including Romex, MC, and basic conduit runs to support power and lighting circuits.
+ Install outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures according to plans and layout requirements.
+ Set and secure metal and plastic boxes and make up devices in accordance with project specifications.
