Electrical Group Lead

This position reports to the Coastal West Federal Operations Lead and has leadership and supervisory responsibilities for the Electrical Engineering team in California, Oregon and Washington State. Responsibilities include managing the team’s project staffing and resources, facilitating the technical and professional development of the team, guiding the team’s technical direction, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards and guidelines.

Through delegation and collaboration, the candidate will direct activities of engineers and design staff engaged in planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising design and construction of building projects for clients according to their desires, needs, and financial resources.

This position is a leader doer role that assumes an eighty percent project load and a twenty percent management effort on average. The position is considered hybrid which requires a minimum attendance of three days per week in the local office...
