Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman, Regional Construction Description Lead Solar (AC, DC & mechanical) Installer and direct supervisor for the Solar Installation Team, within the Regional Construction department.  Directly responsible for a variety of field service functions including, but not limited to Job site safety, crew safety, layout, array installation, QA/QC, commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying solar PV systems.  Key related components and systems include inverters, PV module, racking, wire management, transformers, switchgear, trackers, communication devices, metering systems in both AC and DC architectures.

Job Responsibilities Site safety management.

Ensure safety plans are executed by all site staff and subcontractors.

Works with Project Supervisor to maintain safety initiatives.

Run daily and weekly site safety meetings and reporting.
