Electrical Foreman – Commercial Construction

We are actively hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on projects in Virginia. This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership experience who can manage manpower, coordinate crews, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a strong commercial electrical background and the ability to manage day-to-day field operations on fast-paced construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on active job sites
• Coordinate daily work activities and manpower planning
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project drawings
