By supervising technicians coordinating maintenance work enforcing safety compliance and resolving electrical faults the position reduces downtime protects equipment and supports reliable plant operations while promoting team performance and continuous improvement.

What Youll drive 

• Supervises and allocates daily electrical maintenance tasks to technicians ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Leads preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance activities for motors pumps MCCs substations lighting systems and control panels.
• Opens assigns and closes work orders in the CMMS allocating technicians and verifying job completion in accordance with site procedures.
