Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Project Manager, prepare contracts required for the execution and control of work performed by subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants within the assigned scope;
• Assist the Superintendent in coordinating engineering activities;
• Coordinate construction activities in collaboration with the Superintendent, environmental team, engineer, subcontractors, municipal and regional representatives, and the client’s representative;
• Coordinate construction compliance inspections;
• Ensure the implementation of technical procedures on site in collaboration with the Project Engineer;
• Monitor the procurement, receipt, and inventory of materials required for project execution;
