This is an office-based role where you'll use your electrical knowledge to review, price, and approve maintenance jobs, ensuring quotes are accurate and ready for dispatch.

Pay rate: $45–$60/hr depending on experience, paid weekly

What You'll Be Doing

• Review electrical maintenance quotes for pricing and scope accuracy
• Check labour, materials, and call-out costs align with current market rates
• Adjust pricing where required to ensure accurate and competitive quotes
• Contact tenants to clarify job details and confirm the scope of work
