Electrical Engineering Team Leader

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Leader to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Summary

Assist with managing the day to day activities within the electrical and controls team, ensuring technical coordination with all other internal and external disciplines while maintaining and developing processes, procedures and engineering standards.

Other activities will include, but are not limited to, trouble shooting, sales and application support and team building while minimising business risk.

Main Responsibilities

• Administration (timesheets, absence monitoring, banked hours, holidays, inductions and leaving interviews).
• Monitor design progress.
• Review and sign off designs, ensuring they fit for purpose.
