Job Description

Introduction

The Infra team within ASML’s Electronics Development department designs and validates the electrical infrastructure that powers ASML’s advanced lithography systems. As these systems grow in complexity, understanding how they interact with the electrical grid becomes increasingly important. This internship supports that goal by helping the team model and analyze grid impedance under real operating conditions. You will contribute to improving system stability and enabling more reliable performance. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports future EUV system development.

Your assignment

During this internship, you will investigate how ASML’s EUV systems behave when connected to different grid conditions. You will create a detailed impedance model and validate it with real measurement data. You will also explore additional analyses to help the team better understand system behavior during transients...
