Job Description
As a Electrical Engineering Intern, you'll play a key role in our Technical Support Team :
- Support merchants by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of payment terminals (hardware, software, and network).
- Respond to on -site technical support requests when merchants need assistance.
- Make scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high merchant satisfaction.

- Course of Study – Networking / Computer maintenance and Operating Systems / System Administration / IT / Hardware / Software / Process Engineering or equivalent program.
- No relevant working experience is required; training will be provided.
