         FM experience is mandatory, 8+ years of experience




  • Exposure to commercial buildings, IT parks, hospitals, malls, or residential complexes

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, SMDB/DBs, and lighting systems.




  • Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.




  • Ensure 24/7 power availability and quick resolution of electrical faults.




  • Initiate review drawing design and electrical installations for new events and additional structures to build throughout the project area.
