Position Overview:

  • Design new machine electrical system based on requirements, Improve & Optimize the machine according to different requirements。
  • 参与新设备的电气系统设计与研发，根据不同的要求对设备进行优化。

    • Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for electrical schematic design, electrical system layout design, cable harness design 
  • 负责电气原理图设计, 电气系统布局设计，线束图设计。
  • Responsible for electrical components selection and BOM.
  • 负责电气元器件的选型和BOM清单制作。
  • Writing and debugging PLC programs，such as, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ect.
  • 编写和调试PLC程序，比如西门子，三菱等。
  • Frequently involved in hand-on problem solving
  • 需要频繁的解决各种突发的问题。
  • Cooperate with mechanical engineer and software engineer to complete the whole machine design, test and maintenance. 
  • 和机械工程师，软件工程师配合完成整机设计，测试和维护。
  • Assist with assembly and testing of new developed systems, Provides a detailed test report.
  • 协助组装和测试新的系统,并做好详细的测试报告。
