Electrical Engineer

A multi-discipline engineering firm with over 70 years in business is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for their Windsor, Connecticut office! Responsibilities: Design electrical systems (power distribution, stand-by power generation, lighting, communication, fire alarm, security systems) Manage team of electrical engineers in a variety of project design and development tasks: drawings calculations cost estimates specifications client communication contractor submittal reviews Review design documents Ensure department adheres to QA/QC standards Assist with developing QA/QC standards Assist with business development initiatives Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program 5+ years of consulting experience (designing building power, lighting, communication and security systems) Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems preferred PE License Extensive knowledge of the architectural/engineering industry (Federal, State, and ...
