The Electronic Engineering Technician supports plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the electronic, electrical and control systems used throughout rubber compounding, mixing and finishing processes.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think beyond equipment symptoms to identify true root causes. Some night and weekend support will be required as needed to support operations.Diagnose electrical and controls-related issues; support equipment repair, system restart, and stabilization during breakdowns within assigned areas of responsibility.Provide controls and automation support using Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) PLC platforms, including but not limited to ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC, PanelView, FactoryTalk View SE, and FactoryTalk Transaction Manager (FTTM).
