:

  • 4-8years’experienceinconstructionincludingexecutionofElectrical, IBMS services, etc. for Projects.

  • Worked with reputed Project Management Consultant (PMC) or the Facility Management with at least 3 years to understand the Project Operations.

    • JobDescription:

  • AssistingPIMOinreviewingDesigns/Tenders/BOQsrelatedtoElectrical work (submitted by MEP Consultant).

  • Co-ordination with MEP Consultant for Tenders/BOQs, Issuing the QuotationstotheVendorsandco-ordinationwithQuantitySurveyorfor further negotiations.

  • Assisting PIMO in Planning and Co-ordination of Electrical related activities across all the Campuses.

  • Guiding and co-ordinating Electrical related material procurement across all the Campuses.

  • Reviewing the RCP Layout submitted by MEP Consultant and Interior Designer.
