Job Description
Key Responsibilities
l Review contractor-submitted RFA/RFI documents and provide technical recommendations aligned with project requirements.
l Coordinate with the Site Engineer and/or Quantity Surveyor at each assigned site as applicable.
l Participate in weekly online coordination meetings via Zoom covering all assigned project sites.
l Ensure timely submission of mechanical-related assessments, recommendations, and site documentation.
l Support proper implementation of mechanical works in accordance with project standards, specifications, and approved designs.
Maintain professional communication with project stakeholders during construction stages.
Collaboration & Coordination
l Work closely with technical site personnel including the Site Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.
l Attend coordination and progress meetings to align discipline-specific concerns affecting mechanical work.
