Job Title: Field Service EngineerJob Description

The Field Service Engineer will provide onsite technical assistance and troubleshooting/repair of electronic and electro/mechanical products to customers. This role involves traveling to customer sites approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support for electronic and electro/mechanical products.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Operate test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and volt meters.
  • Read and understand parts lists, catalogs, price books, and service procedures.
    • Essential Skills
  • Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering/Technology with 3 years of experience or a BSEE at entry level.
