Electrical Engineer

Job Description

An Electrical Estimation Intern Engineer assists senior engineers by learning to analyze project blueprints, perform quantity take-offs (take-offs), help create Bill of Quantities (BOQs), research material costs, and support documentation for bids and project bids, gaining hands‑on experience in cost estimation, design software (like AutoCAD, ETAP), and industry standards (IEC, IEEE).

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation Support: Assist in calculating material, labor, and equipment costs for electrical systems (lighting, power, controls).
• Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
