**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and develop hardware and software for control systems, including HMI devices, power electronics, and electromechanical components
+ Create and maintain testing processes, including lab testing, calculations, and performance evaluations
+ Prepare technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing
+ Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot electrical and electronic component failures
+ Collaborate with repair teams to improve product quality and reliability
+ Support supply chain efforts, including sourcing, cost reduction, and parts availability
