Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians and maintenance personnel
  • Plan, assign, and monitor electrical maintenance and installation tasks
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with other departments to support plant operations and projects
  • Review and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams
  • Prepare work schedules, material requisitions and reports on maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in machinery and systems
  • Conduct training and mentoring for electricians
  • Ensure proper documentation of electrical works, testing, and inspections
