Job Description
Phoventus Inc. is seeking a full‑time Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in Oakville, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of electrical systems and components in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and implement electrical systems and components for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation
- Conduct calculations, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with CSA, ESA, IEEE, and applicable Ontario and Canadian electrical codes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and clients
