Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer for our Practice in our Shanghai, China office. In this role, you will work as part of a team to combine scientific and engineering principles, data driven techniques, and the most current experimental methods with robust subject-specific scientific expertise, to implement high-value solutions to complex technical problems.

You will be responsible for

  • Performing electrical engineering analyses and consulting related to electrical/electronic systems in ongoing Exponent work
  • Supporting project areas that include: failure analysis; risk assessment; reliability; design; manufacturing; and others
  • Performing electrical fault isolation at IC and PCB levels with analytical tools such as LIT, OBIRCH, X-Rays
  • Conducting electrical schematic and safety design reviews on consumer electronic devices
