Job Description

This role involves drafting and designing electrical components and control systems, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team members with drafting tasks and report to the team lead.
  • Take red lines from engineers/designers and draft them into updated drawings.
  • Update drawings based on customer feedback and red lines.
  • Work on various projects, primarily focusing on generator, switchgear, and VFD controls.
  • Champion the transition from standard AutoCAD to fully utilizing AutoCAD Electrical or Eplan.
  • Draft electrical components of generator sets, VFD controls, MCC controls, and instrumentation.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize projects from various team members.
  • Potentially oversee co-op students who assist with drafting tasks.
