Responsibilities
Create and update electrical construction drawings, including single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, panel schedules, and cable and conduit layouts for commercial projects.Produce accurate as-built drawings from field sketches and marked-up plans, ensuring all changes are clearly documented.Coordinate electrical drawings with mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines to ensure fully integrated design documents.Prepare shop drawings and fabrication details as required to support construction and installation activities.Ensure all drawings comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and internal drafting standards.Maintain CAD libraries, templates, and drawing standards to support consistency and efficiency across projects.Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and field staff, and maintain document control ...
