Our client, a well-established consulting engineering firm, is seeking an Electrical Designer / Engineer (Buildings) to join their team in Ottawa. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer looking to take on greater technical responsibility, contribute to complex building projects, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Role Overview

The Electrical Designer independently delivers electrical system design and supports project execution across a variety of building types. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to manage design tasks with minimal supervision, and experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This position plays a key role in project delivery, technical quality, and the ongoing development of junior engineering staff.
