Plan Group Inc. is currently looking for an Electrical Design Manager to join our Integrated Pursuits team in pursuing major constructions projects across Canada. Our team is actively pursuing several high-profile projects in Ontario, Quebec, and Western Canada.

To truly excel in this role, demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness while:

  • Managing design resources
  • Directing major decisions with Consulting Firms
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluating Risk and Opportunities within the proposal
  • Overseeing a comprehensive and detailed estimate

    • This role requires sound communications skills (both oral and written), demonstrated through client and staff relations, as well as strong presentation skills. You should feel comfortable speaking in front of people and leading meetings and technical discussions to represent Plan Group effectively.
