Job Summary
- To conduct due diligence of electrical providers (cooperative / Meralco) for prospective projects;
- To provide initial electrical layouts, load schedules, design and parameters consideration for new projects/houses;
- To create Electrical Utility plans for application of all construction-related permits and licenses;
- To ensure all electrical utility related to Housing, Land Development and other Structures needed for a project are compliant to the requirements of the Philippine Standard Codes;
- To evaluate the potential contractors and ensure that the awarded contractors are knowledgeable on the construction deliverables and timelines;
- To conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for completed utilities;
- To provide initial assessment and recommendation to address any electrical faulting-related incidents.
