Job Description

Ensure effective design, evaluation, and coordination of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems that meet functional requirements, comply with the codes and guidelines, and support the overall success of building projects. The role also involves inspecting contractor works to verify proper implementation and compliance to the approved design.

Specific Duties

  • Prepares engineering design drawings, specs, and budget estimates for ACI projects
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to address technical issues and provide practical solutions
  • Issues clarifications or Project Manager's Instructions (PMIs) during construction
  • Reviews Lessee electrical and MPF design submissions for compliance with local codes and property guidelines
  • Attends pre-renovation meetings and coordinates required design revisions
