Job Description
- Provide technical support for product applications in the field.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to drive product adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in field applications engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Manual Testing, System Design, Control Systems, Automation, and Troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Hardware Engineering and Electronic Semiconductor functions.
