Electrical Engineer Responsibilities
1. Customer Support, Troubleshooting, Technical Guidance, Load Bank Drawing/Manual Interpretation, and Guiding Customer to Troubleshoot Problems and Document the Services Provided.
2. Such documentation will include service reports, marking up drawings and manuals, future improvements, and filing this data in the ERP and Laserfiche system.
3. Standard Products - Come up with modifications to improve the product based on lessons learned and market needs.
4. Meet customers as applicable, attend electrical power shows/exhibitions as applicable.
5. Options to Standard Products - Come up with options for modifications to improve the product based on lessons learned and market needs.
6. Semi-standard Products – Come up with variation to standard products for similar applications with different voltage, frequency, kW, etc.
