Electrical Design Area Manager

Overview

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an Electrical Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid .

Reporting to the Entity Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening our electrical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the electrical design team .

• Leading and developing the electrical design team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement
• Managing electrical design projects, including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables
