**Qualifications:**
- Mastery in PLC programming, especially IEC 61131-3, Structured Text, and Ladder.
- Capable of designing control panels up to 480V/3 following UL508A and NFPA79 standards.
- Proficient in implementing and troubleshooting PLCs, HMI, motion control, and industrial sensors.
