Job Description
Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Electrical Construction Managers to support our clients' Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Managing site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager
- Overseeing project schedules
- Ensuring resource planning
- Supervising subcontractors
- Verifying delivery specifications
- Supporting project close‑out
- Enforcing health and safety standards
- Developing procedures with Package Managers
- Managing change control
Qualifications
- Relevant electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical construction
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems
- Proven management skills
- Experience with data centre projects
