Roles and Responsibilities

• This is a full-time role for an Electrical BIM Modeler at ME Engineers. As an Electrical BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create and modify electrical system models.

• You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and precise construction drawings and models. This role is in Chennai and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capable to prepare LOD 400 and LOD 500 stage of work.
• Must have knowledge of Revit modelling for all Electrical & and ELV services i.e., Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Security, ICT etc. and family creation.
• Integrate electrical design information into the BIM model, ensuring proper routing of electrical conduits, cable trays and equipment.
• Preparation of Dialux/AGi and DB load calculations (Value added).
