Electrical BIM Modeler

Job Description

The *Electrical BIM Modeler* will be responsible for 2D drafting and 3D modeling of electrical systems, power and control and lighting. This includes building electrical systems, road and airfield lighting systems, power and control systems, MV power, AFL power and telecom connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D in collaboration with ACC workshared environment.

• 3D Modeling of Electrical Panels, Power distribution boards, Transformers, Control systems and relay racks, Conduit routing, Cable trays and raceways, Power outlets, lighting fixtures, emergency systems, Grounding systems.

• 2D Drafting of Schematics & Single-Line Diagrams, Cable Routing & Trench Details, Lighting Layouts, Electrical Room Layouts, Annotations & Legends per ICAO/IES Standards with descent knowledge of Sheet Composition.
