Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Basingstoke - Portsmouth (mobile role covering Reading to Salisbury)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £43,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor with a strong family culture is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their mobile team. Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain BMS front-end systems
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plant
Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems
Undertake general M&E maintenance tasks, including:
Emergency lighting tests
Water temperature monitoring
AHU and FCU maintenance
