Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all machines on beverage lines and injection lines.
- Have extensive experience with PLC and classic control systems.
- Plan, estimate, and execute electrical jobs and projects.
- Read and interpret various types of electrical circuits and schematics.
- Lead and direct preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability, extending equipment life.
- Identify electrical spare parts requirements for all machinery on the production lines.
- Define procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems.
- Provide basic training for machine operators on electrical systems and safety.
