Elective Home Education (EHE) Caseworker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and self-motivated person to join the Children Missing Education and Elective Home Education Team as a Elective Home Education Case Worker at Warwickshire County Council. 

You will be responsible for a caseload of families that have chosen home education for their child/children. You will need to have a friendly and understanding approach as well as an open mind to what home education can look like for a child. You will be expected to work within the local authority’s processes around home education as well as interfacing with schools and internal/external agencies to ensure the best educational outcome for each child. Experience of working in an educational setting and/or social care would be advantageous but not essential.
