Elder Care Provider

I am an 80year old male with a working son who is away 5 to 6 days a week, whilst I do have declining memory and declining mobility due to arthritis I am not yet to the point of requiring regular care or assistance. I do need greater social interaction with others, occasional help with household chores and regular friendly chats to maintain both my metal and physical well being.
At this point I am seeking an outgoing and friendly lady to drop by for n hour or so a couple of times a week to just chat and help out a bit as required. In that we live on a quiet woodland retreat on a gravel road between Chatsworth and Desboro I would suggest that a mature local country lady would be best suited for this position.
A possibility of a more permanent arrangement including full room and board and 30 acres of woodland trails to wander is not out of the question in the future.
