Job Description

  • Experienced Team Member for Measurement, Data Analysis, and counter-measure proposal for Buzz Squeak Rattle & Elastomer related noise & vibration test activities:
  • Capable of carrying out the measurement in the Dynamic Elastomer Testing Machine for Dynamic & Static Stiffness.
  • Prepare the Jigs & Fixture for testing of elastomers.
  • Should be able to operate the Buzz Squeak Rattle Simulator independently.
  • Analyse the Transient abnormal noise and find the root cause for the issues.
  • Understanding in the acoustic & elastomer material properties for resolving noise, vibration & Harshness related problems.
  • COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS:
  • Experience in using SOMAT & MTS RPC Pro software for Buzz, Squeak, Rattle Facility operations.
