HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 Specialist Advisor, Employment Suitability and Workforce Integrity to support a large government agency located in Surry Hills, NSW. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and continuous improvement of employee suitability frameworks and integrity processes across the organisation.

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead specialist work focused on strengthening workforce integrity, personnel security, and suitability management across the full employment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, consultation, and implementation of contemporary employee suitability frameworks covering pre-employment through to ongoing monitoring
