EL1 Project Co-ordinator

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 Project Coordinator to support delivery within a large, complex program environment. This role will suit a highly capable professional with strong scheduling, governance, and stakeholder management experience. This role can be located in ANY of our client's MELBOURNE locations.

About the Role

• Lead and coordinate project delivery across complex, multi-stream programs
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment across delivery streams
• Monitor performance, manage risks, dependencies, and changes to keep projects on track
• Provide high-quality reporting, insights, and briefings for senior stakeholders and governance forums
