Are you an integrity-focused professional with deep experience in vetting, suitability assessment or personnel security? We're seeking an EL1 Specialist Advisor, Employment Suitability & Workforce Integrity to lead the development and uplift of the Agency's suitability, integrity and workforce risk frameworks across the entire employee lifecycle.

This is a key leadership role shaping how we protect the organisation, its people and the community we serve.

  • Lead the design, consultation and rollout of a contemporary employment suitability framework spanning recruitment, onboarding, mobility and offboarding.
