Job Description

As the lead settlement services organization for the Kootenay-Boundary, the Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) provides supports to prepare newcomers to live, work and thrive in our region. The East Kootenay Zonal Immigration Partnership (EKZIP), led by CBAL, facilitates the building of an inclusive and resilient region where all newcomers will feel welcomed and supported. We are seeking a motivated program assistant to support the EKZIP and related partnership initiatives.

Position Summary

This position will support the EKZIP Coordinator in delivery of the East Kootenay Zonal Immigration Partnership in Cranbrook, Fernie (Elk Valley), Invermere (Windermere Valley) and Golden as funded under CBAL’s contract with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
