 Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EIS implementations across policy, billing, and claims domains. 
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. 
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and feasibility of requirements. 
- Support solution design workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis.
