- Lead end-to-end delivery of EIS projects or modules, managing technical resources and timelines. 

- Drive technical design, development, integration, and deployment activities. 

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure solution quality. 

- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to developers and senior developers. 

- Manage technical risks, issues, and change requests.
